No individual or group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoters. Before sending in your application, please check the following points:
- I have filled in details for all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form.
- Have paid the required application fees.
- I have agreed to the ‘entry rules and guidelines’ in the registration form.
- You have met the minimum age eligibility criteria for the event.
- If any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
- You have to collect your kit from the BIB Expo. No kit distribution will be done on race day.
- It is mandatory to show the confirmation mail at the counter while collecting your race day kit.
- Finishers of all race categories will be able to download an e-certificate with finish time from the SMVD half katra marathon website one week after the event.
- Your registration is not transferable to any other person under any circumstances.
- Event promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the SMVD half marathon at any point in time.
